GRILLED FRESH TROUT

Ingredients:
6-8 fresh trout, cleaned, 1 lb. bacon
but with heads intact (you
can cut the heads off if it
totally grosses you out!
*grin*)
1 lemon, sliced thinly 2 sticks butter
1/4 tsp. onion powder 1 lb. fresh mushrooms,
sliced
1/2 cup white wine 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions:
Stuff fresh sliced mushrooms into the body cavities of the
fish. Wrap with sliced bacon and secure with a toothpick to
keep the mushrooms inside the fish. Set aside. Melt butter
and add the wine, onion and garlic powders. Put fish on
grill. Cook on one side. Turn fish. Baste top sides with
the butter mixture. Cook and then turn again. Lay lemon
slices on top side of fish and baste with butter mixture
again. Cook until done. Time depends on temperature of the
grill. Any remaining butter mixture can be used on the fish
after it is served.
